How long does delivery take?

Allow 1–3 business days for processing, then usually 7–20 business days for delivery depending on the product. Shipping is free on all US orders.

Where do orders ship from?

Products ship directly from our partners' warehouses, mainly in Asia. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

How do I track my order?

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update.

Can I return an item?

Yes — you have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Email us first at support@bohmia.com and we'll send you the return address. Full details are in our return policy.

Will my laptop fit?

Each product page lists the compatible laptop size in inches. Please also check your device's dimensions — some 16-inch laptops are wider than others.

Is the suitcase carry-on approved?

Our 20-inch suitcases match common carry-on sizes, but every airline sets its own limits. Check your carrier's rules before you fly.

Is a power bank included with USB-port bags?

No. The USB port connects your own power bank, stored inside the bag, to your charging cable.

Are the bags waterproof?

Bags described as water-resistant handle light rain but aren't designed to be submerged.
