Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every US order.

Delivery times

• Processing: 1–3 business days after your order.
• Delivery: usually 7–20 business days after shipping, depending on the product. Some large items, such as certain suitcases, can take longer.

Products ship directly from our partners' warehouses, mainly in Asia. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update.

Duties and taxes

US sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Depending on current US import rules, import duties or fees may also apply to some orders.

Late or lost packages

If your package hasn't arrived 30 days after shipping, email us at support@bohmia.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and offer a replacement or a refund if the package is lost.
