30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, no questions asked.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
• Email us first at support@bohmia.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Packages sent without prior approval can't be processed.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.

Defective or wrong items

Let us know within 30 days with a photo of the item and we'll offer a free replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking your return.
