Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Delivery times

Processing: 1 to 3 business days after your order.
Delivery: usually 7 to 20 business days after dispatch. Some larger items, such as hard-shell luggage, can take longer (up to 6 weeks).

Most products ship directly from our partners' warehouses, mainly in Asia. An order with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping costs

Any shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. It may take a few days to activate.

Taxes and duties

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Depending on current import rules, duties or import fees may also apply to some orders.

Late or lost parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived 30 days after dispatch (or by the end of the estimated window for longer-shipping items), contact us at support@bohmia.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and offer a reshipment or a refund if the parcel is lost.
